We deliver to 95 countries around the world and offer different shipping options to meet your needs.
In order to ensure you a hassle-free shopping experience, for selected countries, we do not include the customs duties in the final prices but we deduce from the price the local taxes. So we ask you to consider that price is cheaper than price of the shop on this website but your local taxes will have to be paid by you when you will receive the good in your country.
During sales period, deliveries may take 2 to 5 business days longer than usual.
1. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we ship with TNT. Shipping rates vary based upon shipment type, destination (please see table below) and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (orders accepted before 2:00 pm CET will be shipped the same day). Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We ship both Standard (delivery 3-4 working days) and Express (1-2 working days).

2. DELIVERIES TO RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Due to customs policies, some Russian regions may have order amount limitations on shipments from abroad.
- • Restrictions are not applicable for Moscow, Moscow region cities, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Rostov on Don, Khabarovsk, Murmansk, Samara, Togliatti and other bigger cities;
- • For cities like Volgograd, Bryansk, Kaluga, Yaroslavl, Stavropol, Sochi, the value of goods purchased can't exceed 1000 euros per month;
- • For certain smaller cities, the limit is 200 euros per order.

4. SAN MARINO AND VATICAN CITY
Available shipping options are the same as in Italy.
5. SHIPMENTS TO ISRAEL (GAZA)
All orders to Israel (Gaza) are temporarily suspended. To ensure that you still receive your package, please select an alternative shipping address.
6. IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
We recommend that you consider the following information:
- • All orders require a signature upon receipt,
- • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address,
- • TNT does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery.
- • If TNT does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
7. WHEN DO WE DELIVER?
Our Online Store ships worldwide with TNT, delivering 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. TNT does not deliver on holidays.
8. FREE SHIPPING
From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. . Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.
In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.
9. FIRST TIME ORDERS
For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

12. TAXES AND DUTIES
We remind you that our price doesn't include your local taxes and duties.But our price are deduce automatically from the french local taxes.
As we are unable to advise on the amount this may be, we invite our customers to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order.
However, as international courier for your order, TNT may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed.
**According to the announcement of the general administration of customs of China, articles shipped to China which are classified as personal use and the value exceeds 1000 RMB, require a formal custom clearance. You may be charged extra duties or fees.
Shipments to USA and Australia: in those Countries every order below 800 USD and 1000AUD respectively is duty and tax free.

DELIVERIES AND UNDELIVERABLES
Shipments cannot be delivered to PO box address or postal codes only. Shipments are delivered to the Consignees address given by Shipper (which in the case of mail services shall be deemed to be the first receiving postal service) but not necessarily to the named Consignee personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area precisely. If the Shipment is deemed to be unacceptable, or it has been undervalued for customs purposes, or Consignee cannot be reasonably identified or located, or Consignee refuses delivery or to pay for delivery, TNT shall use reasonable efforts to return the Shipment to Shipper at Shippers cost, failing which the Shipment is transferred to TNT and may be sold by TNT without incurring any liability whatsoever to Shipper or anyone else, with the proceeds of sale less service charges and related administrative costs to be returned to Shipper.
TNT has the right to open and inspect Shipments without notice.
Claims are limited to one claim per Shipment; settlement of such claim will be full and final settlement for all loss or damage in connection therewith. If Shipper regards these limits as insufficient they must make a special declaration of value and request insurance. (Shipment Insurance) or make their own insurance arrangements, failing which Shipper assumes all risks of loss or damage.
TIME LIMITS FOR CLAIMS
All claims must be submitted in writing to TNT within thirty (30) days from the date that TNT accepted the Shipment, failing which TNT shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of those claims.
Delayed Shipments and Money-Back Guarantee
TNT will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Shipment according to TNTs regular delivery schedules, however, these schedules are not binding and do not form part of this Agreement. TNT is not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays.
Certain services have a money-back guarantee which provides for a credit or refund for delay of all or part of the Shipments transport charges in some cases. The Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions are available on the TNT website (www.tnt.com) or from TNT Customer Service.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND TNTs CONTROL
TNT is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond TNTs control. These include but are not limited to electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of the Shipment, even if made known to TNT; any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by TNT, e.g. Shipper, Consignee, third party, customs authorities or other government officials; Force Majeure, e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane crash or embargo, riot or civil commotion, industrial action.
If Shipments are transported by air and involve an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Montreal Convention, or the Warsaw Convention as applicable, governs. For international road transportation, the Convention for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) may apply. These conventions limit DHLs liability for shipment loss or damage.
Shipper agrees to all routing and diversion, including the possibility that the Shipment may be carried via intermediate stopping places.
Any dispute arising under or in any way connected with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject, for the benefit of TNT, to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of, and governed by the law of, the country of origin of the Shipment, and Shipper irrevocably submits to such jurisdiction, unless contrary to applicable law.
CUSTOMS OPERATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS
- • may performs customs declaration of Express Shipments;
- • shall inform the Consignee of the date of the goods arrival to the temporary storage facility (TSF) by fax or email;
- • shall perform other actions stipulated in the customs laws of the Customs Union and the Russian Federation as necessary to perform the customs operations as a person authorized by the Consignee to act in respect of the declared Express Shipments.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
The Consignee shall be liable for penal sanctions imposed on the Customs Broker as a result of the latters breach of customs regulations due to the Consignees failure to provide comprehensive and/or accurate information and documents, including inconsistencies in transported goods to their accompanying documents in terms of their name, quantity, other characteristics affecting due declaration, as well as the Consignee being late in providing those documents and information; and in that case the Consignee shall reimburse the Customs Broker all the amounts of such sanctions against a separate invoice.
The Customs Broker shall not be liable for lost profits or other consequential and contingent damages of the Consignee even if such damages are foreseeable or have been made known to the Customs Broker or the Customs Broker could or should have known about them.
The Parties shall be released from liability for full or partial non-performance of their respective obligations hereunder if it became a result of Force Majeure circumstances and those circumstances directly affected performance of this Agreement.
SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT FOR CUSTOMS OPERATIONS:
Service fees are determined based on the Customs Brokers rates as of the invoice date, including amounts of customs and other fees paid by the Customs Broker while providing services hereunder.
The Consignee must pay for the Customs Brokers services.
The Customs Broker reserves the right to withhold any goods of the Consignee at the latters expense until the Customer Brokers services provided to the Consignee hereunder are paid in full.
Should the T&C and/or Agreement text change, the Parties agree to apply the T&C effective as of the date of consent specified in Clause 2.2.
