Shipping costs are free worldwide from 300€ of purchase.
On average, we deliver to you within 5 working days.

TIME LIMIT

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse (approximately 48 hours), it is delivered within 2 to 8 working days (depending on the country of destination). All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

TRANSPORT OF YOUR PACKAGE

Orders are shipped within 48 working hours on average. The shipping method is UPS. We will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Customs charges are applicable outside the European Union , check with your local office to avoid surprises . _ _

Return policy

All returns must be reported to our customer service contact@lordsfools.com and returned within 15 days of delivery date.

All items must be returned in the original packaging with the tag intact, and in the same condition as received.

All returns should be sent to the following address

Lords & Fools, 97 rue du Turenne, 75003 Paris.

Returned items must also be accompanied by the purchase invoice and delivery confirmation.

If you choose a courier service other than UPS, remember that Lords&Fools is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport. We strongly recommend that you choose a trackable shipping service.

Once your return has been accepted, we issue a refund within 30 business days.

We do not cover shipping costs for returned items. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

All return conditions also apply to exchanges.

No refunds are given for discounted items.

Trades

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send an email to contact@lordsfools.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the same value in return. Once the item has been returned and received at our warehouse under the conditions mentioned in the return policy, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.
